It is very simple. When you play for real money or pay tournament fees you earn Frequent Player Points (FPPs).
Each $1 in rake gives you 1 FPP and $1 in paid tournament fees gives you $7 FPPs. Here at Unleashed Poker we are very precise when it comes to FPPs and we never round the figures, so if your rake is $1.45 you will get 1.45 FPPs and $0.5 paid in tournament fees give you 3.5 FPPs. So you never loose out and your FFPs can accumulate very quickly.
For every 83.33 FPPs earned you will be awarded with $5 of your first deposit bonus.
You can see your up to date bonus status when you log in to your account by clicking My Account > Bonus Information. All you pending bonuses are clearly listed there.
Please use the form below to contact our support team directly, please fill in all the fields correctly to enable our staff to deal with your query as quickly as possible.

Every time you play poker on our real money tables or pay tournament fees you will earn Frequent Player Points (FPP). When you are dealt cards in a real money ring game, you’ll earn 1FPP for every dollar raked. At Unleashed Poker we believe that a penny played should be a penny earned! This is why we are accurate down to a penny when it comes to FPPs. If your rake was $1.25, you will receive 1.25 FPP.
In tournament play, you will earn 7 FPPs per every dollar paid in tournament fees. The tournament fee is indicated by the “(+$)” sign.
Please use the form below to contact our support team directly, please fill in all the fields correctly to enable our staff to deal with your query as quickly as possible.
To earn you first Gold Chip you need to earn 120FPPs. Once you receive your first Gold Chip you will accumulate other Gold Chips at a descending rate requiring less FPPs for each consecutive chip. When you have accumulated 5 Gold Chips we will reward you with the sixth Gold Chip for FREE and you can earn all the other Gold Chips at the same rate of only 70 FPPs each.
Please note that the Gold Chip counter is reset each calendar month. So, the more you play the more you earn!
| First Gold Chip: | 120 FPP |
| Second Gold Chip: | 115 FPP |
| Third Gold Chip: | 105 FPP |
| Fourth Gold Chip: | 90 FPP |

Omaha Hi-Lo (otherwise known as Eight-or-Better) is a very interesting game where you can win half of the pot even if the highest card you have is 8.
The object of the game is similar to the Omaha, to win the pot by making the best hand using nine cards, 4 hole cards and 5 community cards. However to make the hand only 2 of the hole cards and only 3 of the community cards can be used. The difference with Omaha Eight-or-Better is that the players can also try to get the best five card low hand.
The low hand must have five cards of different value no higher than 8, no pairs are allowed, only two of the hole cards and only three of the community cards can be used. Straights and flushes are not considered when evaluating low hand.
Aces can be used as both a high card and a low card.
In Omaha Hi-Lo the pot is usually split between the player holding the best high hand and the player holding the best low hand. Sometimes the player holding the best low hand may have the best high hand as well, in this case this player will get the entire pot. Omaha Hi-Lo games usually have high pots as players compete for both high and low hands.
Dealer
To begin with a dealer is established and is given a Dealer button, in Unleashed Poker online poker room this dealer does not deal cards, all cards are dealt by our “virtual dealer”. At the beginning of each hand the button moves one player to the left.
Blinds
Before any cards are dealt the first two players on the left from the button are required to post blind bets which are put into the pot to start the action and give the players at the table an incentive to play. The first player on the left from the button posts the small blind and the second player on the left of the button posts the big blind. The size of the blind is determined by the table you play. The big blind is usually the minimum amount of bet you are allowed to make at the table and the small blind is usually a half of the big blind. So in a $10 - $20 Omaha Hi-Lo game the blinds will usually be $5 and $10. As the button moves with each hand all players at the table have to make their blind bets at some time. When a new player joins the table he/she can either post a big blind or will have to wait until it is his/hers turn to post the big bind. This is done so the players do not jump in and out of the game to avoid paying their blinds into the pot. If you miss posting your blind the blind Unleashed Poker software will alert you to put the required amount. A blind bet is a live bet and the players who put the blinds can call, raise or fold when it comes their turn to act.
Pre-Flop
Each player is then dealt four cards face down, these cards are called hole cards, and will be used by each player to try to make their hand. The first betting round (Pre-Flop) begins. The third player from the dealer button on the left is now required to act. He/she can match the bet of the big blind (call), raise or fold the hand. In the first betting round players can not check, i.e. not to make a bet and still stay in the game. If a player chooses to raise all the players who place their bets after must contribute at least the same amount of chips into the pot to stay in the game. Players who posted their blinds are the last ones to act in the first betting round. In all other consecutive betting rounds the player with the dealer button acts last.
Flop
When the first betting round is concluded three community cards are dealt face up in the centre of the table. These three cards are called the “Flop” and are shared by all players at the table to try to make their best hand. The first player to the left from the dealer button who is still in the game acts first. All players can now choose to check (if no bets were yet made in this round), call, raise or fold their hands. The minimal amount of bet on Flop is the size of the big blind.
Turn
This is the third betting round. The fourth community card is placed on the table face up to be used by all the players left in the game. The first active player on the left from the dealer button acts first. Like in the Flop the players have a choice to check (if no bets were yet made in this round), call, raise or fold their hands. Betting amount in this round however is double of the big blind, so in a $10-$20 game, where the big blind amount was $10, it will be $20 minimum to place a bet on Turn.
River
This is the third and the final round. The final fifth community card is opened and all active players must now establish their best hand using any combination of their hole cards in their hands and community cards on the table. Once again bets can be placed by all active players still in the game. The firs active player to the left of the dealer button acts first. As in the previous rounds players can check (if no bets were made), call, raise or fold. Betting amount on River is the same as on Turn and is double of the amount of the big blind.
Showdown
If two or more players are still in the game by the end of the River betting round the showdown determines the winner(s). The players now reveal their cards to establish the winning hand(s). Only two of the hole cards and only three of the community cards can be used. The player with the best high hand and the players with the best low hand, if any, share the pot. If two players have identical best hands the pot will be split between them. The player, who acted last on the river, has to open up his cards first. The other players can still choose to fold and not show their cards.
If there is only one active player at the end of the last betting round because all the other players have folded, the active player will win the pot. This player will not have to show his hand to the table.
It is possible for a player to have the best high hand and the best low hand at the same time. In this case this player will get the entire pot.

1. Tournament seats are available on a first come first served basis.
2. Seating within all single and multi table tournaments is random. Players cannot change seats during a tournament. A player will change seat only when moved from a table to another table during a multi-table tournament.
3. The player situated in Seat 1 is the designated 'Dealer' for the start of the tournament.
4. If more than one player is eliminated in a hand, the player with more chips at the beginning of the hand is placed higher. In an instance where 2 or more players are eliminated, and they started the hand with an identical chip count, the player closest to the left of the Dealer Button will be eliminated first, then the player closest to the left of that player, and so on, clockwise around the table.
5. If there is a split pot, not equally divisible by the number of players in the hand, the chips will first be divided evenly between the winners, then any extra chip(s) will be awarded to he player(s) closest to the left of the Dealer Button.
6."Dead Button Rule" is used in Texas Hold'em and Omaha tournaments. The Dead Button Rule works as follows: when the small blind or big blind player is eliminated, the blinds are re-positioned in order to account for the eliminated player. This ensures fairness to all players, by ensuring that everyone at the table posts appropriate blinds so that no player gains an unfair advantage when another payer is eliminated. When two players remain (or in a Heads-up tournament) the button will post the small blind and act first on the opening round.
7. Poker is a game of integrity and etiquette. Each player should play with the same intensity against all other players. Unethical play, such as soft-play and chip dumping, may result in penalties, including seizure of funds from the offender's account and/or forfeiture of any prizes and/or termination of the account.
8. Unleashed Poker reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tournaments at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
9. Tournament registration must meet minimum requirements for that event or the tournament will be cancelled. In the event of a tournament cancellation, due to an insufficient number of entrants, all buy-ins and entry fees will be returned to player's accounts.
10. In the final stages of a tournament, the prize money can jump significantly with each player eliminated. In these instances, where there is more than one table remaining, the tournament may be played "hand-for-hand". This means that if one table finishes its hand before the other table(s), that table waits for the other table(s) to finish before the next hand is dealt. During this hand-for-hand period, all bust outs during a "synchronized" hand (even at different tables) are treated as having happened on the same hand and chip stacks will be compared as in rule 7 above to determine the finishing order.
11. Extra Time
12. Lobby Break Schedules
There will be a 5 minute break every hour in a standard multi-table tournament. There are no breaks during single-table tournaments.
13. Deals
14. Registration
A - Late Registration: Some tournaments will allow players to register after the tournament has started playing. Registration will terminate if the max number of players allowed for the tourney is reached,
B - Unregistration: In most tournaments a player can unregister until ten minutes prior to the start of the event. Players who have won their seats through a satellite can unregister when the tournament is in "Registering" state and will be credited with a Ticket. The Tournament Ticket will appear under the Player's 'My Tournaments' and is available for use for the same tournament, at another scheduled time.
15. Server Issues
16. Poker Room Management decisions are final.
In the unlikely event that a scheduled tournament is cancelled we will make all possible efforts to refund players as fairly as possible. Due to the varied scenarios that may be involved we have decided to simplify our policy to cover the three most likely scenarios:
If a tournament is cancelled prior to starting, all players will receive a refund of their full tournament registration fees. Tournament fees will be refunded in the exact manner that they were paid. (This may include any combination of cash, Gold Chips or Gold Cards).
If a tournament is cancelled before the money, we will try to compensate all remaining players based on their play up to the time of the cancellation. This is best achieved by awarding 50% of the prize pool to all remaining players and the other 50% of the prize pool will be awarded proportionately based on each player's chip count. All remaining players will also receive a refund of their entry fee. Any player who was eliminated prior to the cancellation will not be entitled to a refund. All awards for a tournament cancelled in progress will be cash. If the cancelled tournament has a guaranteed prize pool, only the entry fee will be returned (not the guaranteed prize).
If a tournament is cancelled and there are players in the money, we will try to compensate all remaining players based on their play up to the time of the cancellation. This is best achieved by awarding each remaining player with the minimum prize not yet awarded, and the rest of the prize pool will be awarded proportionately based on each players chip count.

Unleashed Poker offers exciting tournament in various formats including Hold’em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud. Such Tournaments can be Fixed Limit, Pot Limit or No Limit. You can join satellite tournaments to work your way up into much bigger events or simply look for freerolls that give you an opportunity to build up your bank roll for free. Please see the tournament lobby for the exact details and rules for each tournament.
The beauty of tournaments is that they allow you to control your finances better than real money ring games. Once you paid your buy-in to buy your seat in the tournament you are given a stack of chips. All payers start in the tournament with the same amount of chips. All you need to do now is to get other players chips and eliminate them from the game. When one player has won all the chips the tournament is over.
Unleashed Poker offers different types of tournaments.
If more than one table is needed to accommodate the number of registered players in a tournament, it is known as a multi-table tournament.
In a Multi-table tournaments have a lot of players spread across many tables as players are eliminated, players will be combined until only one table remains. Although we try to be fair and move players in relation to their position with the dealer button, a player may end up moving from their blinds and move to a blind position again.
Sit & Go tournaments unscheduled tournaments that start continuously throughout the day. They start when the needed number of players is sitting at the table and each participant is then notified that the tournament is about to begin. You will find a range of Sit & Go tournaments in the tournament section of Unleashed Poker software just click on Sit & Go tab.
When a contest is between 2 players only, it is referred to as Heads-up. The rules are the same as Multi-Table play with the exception that the player with the “dealer button” posts the small blind and will act first pre-flop then last for the remainder of the hand. The player who posts the big blind is dealt first.
A Re-buy & Add-on tournaments encourage players to Re-buy and/or Add-on additional chips during a limited period in the game. Players can usually replenish the chips at the first hour of play up until the end of the first break. During the Re-buy period each player is allowed either a fixed number or unlimited number of Re-buys depending the tournament set up.
In a Re-buy tournament you can buy more chips during the Re-buy period only if a player’s chip amount is equal to or less than the original amount you had at the start of the tournament. Re-buy tournaments if a player loses all of their chips in any hand during the Re-buy period this player can remain active in the tournament by purchasing a Re-buy of additional chips. The cost of a Re-buy and the number of chips provided is generally the same as the cost of the original buy-in and number of chips provided when the tournament begins. Check the tournament information for details.
Add-on chips are available during the first five minute break of a Re-buy & Add-on tournament. All active players in the tournament will have a chance to purchase an Add-on of more chips. When a player wants to buy an Add-on it does not matter how many chips he or she has at the time. The cost of an Add-on is usually the same as the cost of the original buy-in. The number of chips provided with an Add-on is the same or more than the original buy-in. You will get the details of Add-ons at the tournament information tab.
You can purchase Re-buys and Add-ons by clicking on their respective buttons located at the Dealer chip tray or by clicking on the Dealer chip tray itself and then clicking the Add Chips button. There is no additional fee paid by the player when Re-buys and Add-ons are purchased which means that all Re-buys and Add-ons are added to the tournament prize pool. The total prize pool and the payout structure will not be finalized until both the Re-buy and Add-on periods have closed.
Freeze-out tournaments are the opposite to Buy-In and Add-on tournaments. In a Freeze-out tournament players can make only one single Buy-in and will be out of the game when they lose all their chips until there is only one player left with all the chips.
A Shoot-out tournament consists of many tables. In a shoot-out tournament players continue to play at each table until there is only one player at each table remains. Such tournaments can have many rounds where the winners of a previous round are combined at a new table and play until the winner of the new table is established. The tournament goes on until there is only one table left with only one player holding the chips. A Shoot-out tournament can have between two (Heads-up) to ten players on each table competing over 1 or more rounds. The number of rounds and players per table varies and can be found in the tournament lobby.
In kamikaze tournaments each player is forced to go all in every hand.
Satellite tournaments are events where prizes are entries into other larger more expensive tournaments. A satellite could award the winner(s) entries into other satellites. All satellite tournaments end when all players have won or qualified for their prizes. Players who enter large exclusive tournaments mostly enter them by winning through a series of satellites then paying a buy-in fee directly.
Freerolls are the tournaments that does not require a Buy-in or registration fee, no risks or conditions. Freeroll tournament often offer substantial prizes to the winners and they are our way to welcome the new players and say thank you to the existing loyal ones.

In Unleashed Poker real money ring games, rake is collected from the pot as the winner is paid. The amount of the rake is based on two things: game stakes and how many players were dealt cards for that hand.
Unleashed Poker uses the standard “no flop, no drop” policy and does not assess any rake if players do not see the flop on a hand.

Is one of the most popular types of poker games and first appeared around the American Civil War. 7 Card Stud varies greatly from Texas Holdem and Omaha. It requires a lot of analyses and can be similar to a jigsaw puzzle. 7 Card Stud Hi-Lo (otherwise known as Eight-or-Better) is a very interesting game where you can win half of the pot even if the highest card you have is an 8.
The object of the game is similar 7 Card Stud and it is to win the pot by making the best hand using seven cards dealt to each player, there are no community cards in the centre of the table. Each player must make a winning 5 cards hand by using any of the cards dealt, face up or down. The difference with 7 Card Stud Eight-or-Better is that the players can also try to get the best five card low hand.
The low hand must have five cards of different value no higher than 8, no pairs are allowed, any of the seven cards can be used. Straights and flushes are not considered when evaluating low hand.
Aces can be used as both a high card and a low card.
In 7 Card Stud Hi-Lo the pot is usual split between the player holding the best high hand and the player holding the best low hand. Sometimes the player holding the best low hand may have the best high hand as well. In this case this player will get the entire pot. 7 Cards Stud Hi-Lo games usually have high pots as players compete for both high and low hands.
Antes
Before any cards are dealt all players are required to post an ante bet which are put into the pot to start the action and give the players at the table an incentive to play. Antes are usually a fraction of the minimum bet.
Dealing cards and First Betting Round
Each player is then dealt two cards face down and one card face up, the face up card is called the door card, or the third street. The player who holds the lowest exposed card is now required to place a bet of 50% of the minimum bet. This bet is called the bring-in. If two players have the same value low card then the suit of the card will be used to establish the lowest card. In 7 Card Stud the clubs card is considered to be the lowest, then diamonds, hearts and spades. The first betting round begins. The next player on the left from the player holding the lowest card is now required to act. He/she can match the bet of the bring-in (call), raise or fold the hand. In the first betting round players can not check, i.e. not to make a bet and still stay in the game. If a player chooses to raise all the players who place their bets after must contribute at least the same amount of chips into the pot to stay in the game.
Second Betting Round
The dealer hands out the next card face up to each player. This card is called fourth street. This time it is the player with the highest exposed card that must act first. The players can now choose to check (if no bets were yet made in this round), call, raise or fold their hands.
Third Betting Round
The third betting round is called the Fifth Street. Each player is given out the fifth card face up. Again the player with the highest exposed card is the first one to act. The players have a choice to check (if no bets were yet made in this round), call, raise or fold their hands. Betting amount from this round on however is double of the Fifth Street so in a $10-$20 game, the antes will usually be $3, bring-in $5, full bet in the first two betting rounds $10 and minimum $20 from the third betting round.
Betting Round Four (Turn)
Betting Rounds Four is called the Sixth Street. One card is given to each active player face up. The bets can be placed by all active players still in the game. The first player to act is the player holding the highest open card. As in the previous rounds players can check (if no bets were made), call, raise or fold. Minimum betting amount in round five is the same as in round four.
Betting Round Five (River)
Betting Rounds Five is called the Seventh Street. The final card is given to each active player face down and the final bets can be placed by all active players still in the game. Again the first player to act is the player holding the highest open card. As in the previous rounds players can check (if no bets were made), call, raise or fold. Minimum betting amount in round six is the same as in rounds four and five.
Showdown
If two or more players are still in the game by the end of the River betting round the showdown determines the winner. The players now reveal their cards to establish the winning hand. Any five of seven cards held by the player can be used. The player with the best hand and the player with the best low hand will split the pot. If there is no low hand the whole pot goes the the player with the best high hand. The player, who acted last on the river, has to reveal his cards first.

In its essence Poker is a simple game to learn but it can take a lifetime to become a master in it. Texas Holdem is the most popular poker game in the world. It is played in all casino poker rooms and is used to establish the world champion in the WSOP (World Series of Poker).
The object of the game is to win the pot by making the best hand using seven cards, 2 hole cards and 5 community cards.
Dealer
To begin with, a dealer is established and is given a Dealer button. In Unleashed Poker online poker room this dealer does not deal cards, all cards are dealt by our “virtual dealer”. At the beginning of each hand the button moves to the next player on the left.
So in a $10 - $20 Holdem game the blinds will usually be $5 and $10.
Pre-Flop
Each player is then dealt two cards face down, these cards are called hole cards, and will be used by each player to try to make their hand. Players who post their blinds are the last ones to act in the first betting round.
The first active player to the left of the dealer button acts first. As in the previous rounds players can check (if no bets were made), call, raise or fold. Betting amount on River is the same as on Turn and is double the amount of the big blind.
Showdown
If two or more players are still in the game by the end of the River betting round the showdown determines the winner. The players now reveal their cards to establish the winning hand. The player with the best hand wins the pot.

The object of the Omaha poker games is to win the pot by making the best poker hand using nine cards, 4 hole cards and 5 community cards. However to make the best hand only 2 of the hole cards and only 3 of the community cards can be used in Omaha.
Dealer
In Omaha to begin with, a dealer is established and is given a Dealer button, in Unleashed Poker online poker room this dealer does not deal cards, all cards are dealt by our “virtual dealer”. At the beginning of each hand the button moves one player to the left.
Blinds
In Omaha before any cards are dealt the first two poker players on the left from the button are required to post blind bets which are put into the pot to start the action and give the players at the table an incentive to play. The first player on the left from the button posts the small blind and the second player on the left of the button posts the big blind. The size of the blind is determined by the table you play. The big blind is usually the minimum amount of bet you are allowed to make at the table and the small blind is usually a half of the big blind. So in a $10 - $20 Omaha game the blinds will usually be $5 and $10. As the button moves with each hand all players at the table have to make their blind bets at some time. When a new poker player joins the table he/she can either post a big blind or will have to wait until it is his/hers turn to post the big bind. This is done so the players do not jump in and out of the game to avoid paying their blinds into the pot. If you miss posting your blind the blind Unleashed Poker software will alert you to place the required amount. In Omaha a blind bet is a live bet and the players who put the blinds can call, raise or fold when it comes their turn to act.
Pre-Flop
Each player is then dealt four cards face down, these cards are called hole cards, and will be used by each poker player to try to make their hand. Players who posted their blinds are the last ones to acts in the first betting round of Omaha. In all other consecutive betting rounds the player with the dealer button acts last.
Flop
In Omaha when the first betting round is concluded three community cards are dealt face up in the centre of the table. These three cards are called the “Flop” and are shared by all players at the table to try to make their best hand. The first poker player to the left from the dealer button who is still in the game acts first. All players can now choose to check (if no bets were yet made in this round), call, raise or fold their hands. The minimal amount of bet on Flop is the size of the big blind.
Turn
This is the third Omaha betting round. The fourth community card is placed on the table face up to be used by all the players left in the game. The first active player on the left from the dealer button acts first. Like in the Flop poker players have a choice to check (if no bets were yet made in this round), call, raise or fold their hands. Betting amount in this round however is double of the big blind, so in a $10-$20 game, where the big blind amount was $10, it will be $20 minimum to place a bet on Turn.
River
This is the third and the final Omaha betting round. The final fifth community card is opened and all active players must now establish their best poker hand using any combination of their hole cards in their hands and community cards on the table. Once again bets can be placed by all active players still in the game. The first active player to the left of the dealer button acts first. As in the previous rounds players can check (if no bets were made), call, raise or fold. In Omaha betting amount on River is the same as on Turn and is double of the amount of the big blind.
Showdown
If two or more players are still in the game by the end of the River betting round the showdown determines the winner in Omaha. The players now reveal their cards to establish the winning poker hand. Only two of the hole cards and only three of the community cards can be used. The player with the best poker hand wins the pot. In omaha if two players have identical best hands the pot will be split between them. The player, who acted last on the river, has to open up his cards first. The other players can still choose to fold and not show their cards in Omaha.
If there is only one active player at the end of the last betting round because all the other players have folded, the active player will win the pot. This player will not have to show his hand to the table.
Limits
There are two different types of Omaha betting structures

You're eligible for Gold when seated at any of our low, medium or high stakes Real Money ring games.
Our Random Number Generator (RNG) will release one Gold Card from our Vault each time it reaches a certain amount of rake (as such, Gold Cards will fall more frequently in higher limit games). If the Gold Card released matches one of your hole cards, you've struck Gold even if you have folded out of the hand.
If no match occurs, the RNG will continue to randomly choose Gold Cards from the Vault. The process is repeated until a match is made making it possible to experience a Gold Rush and strike Gold in consecutive hands. .
